I recently installed custom vinyl plank flooring throughout my home. I came across Floor Crafters online and I am extremely happy that I did. Paul came to my home for a free estimate. During this consultation he explained to me flooring options, and even had samples to show me the difference in quality. I loved the fact that I was emailed a written proposal within a days time!!! I was waiting well over a week with other bids for the same job. I was able to purchase the flooring material through Floor Crafters directly. I contacted FloorCrafters because of the amazing reviews that I saw online and they did not disappoint. From beginning to end Paul was responsive, professional, trustworthy and helpful. When the original floor I chose was unavailable he worked with me to try and find something comparable that was still in my budget. Since i have not yet moved into the house they performed the entire demolition and clean up while I was not even there. A few days later they came back to lay the floors. He and his crew were on-time (they arrived at the house before I did) and worked meticulously for two days to get my entire house done. Any furniture and appliances that were moved were returned back to position and they left the place spotless. They are truly perfectionists with their craft. The floors look phenomenal.
